Let’s Make a Bird Feeder
In the winter time, it’s hard for birds to find food. So, today we made a bird feeder. We used an empty milk carton. I drew big windows on each side of the milk carton. Mommy cut out the windows. She also punched holes on the sides and slid sticks through for the birds to stand on. I decorated the carton with nice colors. I also filled the feeder with lots of birdseed.
Daddy helped me hang my bird feeder on a tree branch outside our kitchen window. I watched and waited. Finally a red bird came by. Then lots of her bird friends joined her. I hope they liked their lunch!
