No-Bake Cheesecake!
I love to bake with my mommy. My mommy lets me help her measure and mix the ingredients but I’m not allowed near the oven because it gets really hot. Today we made a dessert that didn’t need to be baked! It was a no-bake cheesecake from Martha Stewart Kids’ website. It was really easy and fun to make. I helped by crushing graham crackers for the crust. I also helped my mommy pour the filling into the crust. We had to wait about 3 hours for the cheesecake to get cold in the refrigerator. But it was worth the wait. The cheesecake was so delicious!
